I am proud to announce that I will be joining Renee Ducre (@RDucre), the global marketing director at IBM (@IBM), to discuss some of the many ideas in Blue Focus Marketing’s Amazon best-selling book, The Social Employee, as part of the events of the second annual Integrated Marketing Week (@IM_Week). The conference, set to take place from June 3-4 in New York City, promises to be an excellent meeting of minds as today’s marketers join together to discuss the latest trends in the dawning era of multichannel marketing.
Topics to be discussed include an overview of what it means to be a social employee are and why they’re valuable, how brands can build thriving cultures of social employees within the workplace, and why social executives are so essential to the whole process. I am very excited to share my thoughts with Renee, whose company, IBM, has been an active champion of the social employee and is featured prominently in our book.
