The New Marketing book

I’d like to thank the American Marketing Association (AMA) for inviting my co-author, Mark Burgess, and myself to present our new marketing book last week at the 2020 summer conference. With the world changing as quickly as it is, both culturally and technologically, it’s more important than ever for all of us in the marketing community to have the resources we need.
