When customer submits an electronic brief it goes directly to the blur Group for processing. Blue Focus Marketing is not involved in any aspect of receiving, reviewing, interpreting or developing solutions based on your brief. Your brief is simply transmitted electronically to the blur Group for action. You hereby acknowledge that the submitted brief is in fact a confidential document between you and the blur Group. Blue Focus Marketing is not involved in the brief submission process other than to provide a link on www.bluefocusmarketing.com to the blur Group's Creative Services Exchange. Release of Liability: In no event will Blue Focus Marketing be liable for any part or aspect of your arrangement or outcome with the blur Group. You will not hold Blue Focus Marketing, its officers, directors, employees or agents responsible for other users' actions or inactions. You acknowledge that Blue Focus Marketing is not a party to any contract for Creative Services. Blue Focus Marketing has no control over and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of Creative Services, the truth or accuracy of any information you choose to share with the blur Group; the qualifications, background, or abilities of Creative Services Exchange members, the ability of creatives to deliver Creative Services, or that members will complete a transaction. Each creative and buyer must look solely to the other for enforcement and performance of all the rights and obligations pursuant to the transactions it entered into with the other on bluefocusmarketing.com and any other terms, conditions, representations, or warranties associated with such transactions.
